1) What is sublimation?
Sublimation is the fascinating high heat process of coverting a design image from ink into a gas that permeates a special polyester blend product. This means the design is in the shirt not on top of the shirt like vinyl. If we do use vinyl it will be noted in the description.
2) Are the shirts true to size?
Oh my! Absolutely! I choose shirts that I would personally wear so they must be soft and true to size. Most t-shirts are men's sizing and if they are a women's or junior sizing this will be in the description.
3) How do you make the bleached t-shirts?
T-shirts are placed on a special board and taken outside where they are hand sprayed with bleach. Then they sit out in the sun until dry on the front side and then flipped over and process repeated. When shirts are dry they are machine washed and then dried. The chosen sublimation design is then heat pressed on to bleached t-shirt one at a time and then sprayed with perioxide. The shirt is then hung up to dry again.
4) Why does my bleached t-shirt look a little different from the picture?
Each t-shirt is custom bleached by hand one by one and then sits out in the sun for hours. Each shirt is unique due to this process. Colors may also vary from screen to screen but we try to make every effort to make it as close as possible to the actual product by using natural lighting.
5) Do you have a store I can visit? We sell online, at craft shows and local pickup in Laurel Hill, NC.
6) Do you make custom designs?
Yes! Please email us with your idea and we can discuss it! Please keep in mind we are a faith and family business and your design should be within this brand.
7) How long does shipping take?
We ship through the US postal service which runs Monday through Friday. An email will be sent to you on the day we package up your purchase and take to the post office.
8) How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders will be custom made and processed within 5-7 days.
9) Do you sell my information to anyone?
No way!
10) Do you ship to other countries?
At this time we only ship to the contiguous U.S. states.
